Pradyum Kaneria
Co-Founder / CEO
Pradyum Kaneria is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from IIT Madras with a strong foundation in thermal and fluid sciences and a deep passion for sustainability and energy innovation.
He represented India at the World Solar Challenge 2023 & 2025 as part of Team Agnirath, becoming the country’s only solar racing team to do so, and has contributed significantly to research and development through multiple patents in heat sink design and a research publication on solar vehicle optimization.
As CEO of JouleShift, Pradyum leads with a vision to make India a global hub for engineering and research-driven solutions, fostering a culture of innovation that is Made in India, Designed for the World.
